Elizabethton Web Development (“we,” “us,” or “our”) — a DBA of Zyzyva LLC — builds and hosts websites for local small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your choices. We keep it plain and short on purpose.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you use our contact form or email us, that may include your business name, your email address, your phone number, any social or website links you share, and whatever you write in your message. Our website also records basic, anonymous usage events (such as page views and form submissions) to understand how the site is performing.

How we use your information

To reply to you and discuss your website.
To prepare a first draft of your site and work with you on it.
To send you updates about your project and, if you become a client, about hosting and site maintenance.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers we need to run our business (for example, our website hosting and email delivery), and only to the extent required to provide our services.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your phone number — for example through the "Get My Free Draft" form — you agree that we may text you about your inquiry and your website project. These are one-to-one messages like quotes, draft links, project updates, scheduling, and support replies. We don't send bulk marketing texts.

Message frequency varies depending on your project. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP if you need assistance. If you opt out, we'll send one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and nothing more.

We don't share your mobile number or your opt-in to text messaging with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Cookies and analytics

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to measure how the site is used. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Data retention and security

We keep the information you send us for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
